Jacob Armstrong represents Little Baddow, Danbury and Sandon on Chelmsford City Council for Reform UK. He focuses on planning and overdevelopment, road and pavement maintenance in the rural wards, and holding the administration to account on spending.

Paul Clark represents Rettendon and Runwell on Chelmsford City Council for Reform UK. He campaigns on value for money in the council budget, protecting green space between the villages, and better upkeep of local roads and public spaces.

Chelmsford is a city that works hard and pays its way — and residents across our 24 wards are entitled to ask what they are getting back for it.
Reform UK now has two elected voices on Chelmsford City Council: Cllr Jacob Armstrong in Little Baddow, Danbury and Sandon, and Cllr Paul Clark in Rettendon and Runwell. They are there to ask the questions that have gone unasked for years — about spending, about development, and about what happens to this city when the council is abolished in 2028.
